Who we are.

We are a Direct Marketing Consultancy based in Sunderland, North East England.

Our name, Diretto, is taken from the Italian for the word ‘Direct’, defining who we are and what we are good at – Direct Marketing. Diretto was established in 2009 with a desire to deliver highly innovative Direct Marketing Campaigns.

We produce what they say can’t be done.

Offering professional advice and campaign management, our main areas of expertise include; Direct Mail, Data, Print, Fulfilment, the Postal Market, Response Handling, Sales Promotion Fulfilment, Database Marketing and Cross Media Marketing.

Great emphasis is placed on managing our client’s campaigns through a wide range of service providers.

Direct Marketing campaigns are made up of a complex mix of processes. Our emphasis is on quality of service. We commission the ‘best fit’ suppliers to deliver effective campaigns.

We work with a number of Agencies acting as an extension to their production arm. There are a number of benefits to this; the work is managed by experienced DM professionals, you maintain your ‘full service’ status and we only charge for the work we do and campaigns we run.

Being totally independent allows us to utilise our extensive range of ‘best fit’ suppliers or work with your own approved suppliers.’
